Richard Harris as a new CFO of Rank Group
Richard Harris has been appointed as the new chief financial officer of Rank Group, a UK-based gambling company, and the head of council of the London Stock Exchange-listed wagering group.
In the upcoming year, from May 1 the new appointment will be on act. Harris will substitute Bill Floydd who left the company to join Watches of Switzerland.
Currently, Harris is the senior financial officer at FTSE estate company under Foxtons Group PIc. During these years at FTSE, he succeeded in overcoming the financial crisis caused by the pandemic.
Harris has proved being a professional financial ruler during his years at top engineering group Laird Pic and world-class Marks & Spencer. Thus, joining the governance of Rank, he is to promote the recovery of Grosvenor and Mecca and help them exceed their outcome indexes of 2019.
The director of Rank Group, John O’Reilly welcomed the executive appointment of Richard Harris, saying:
“I can’t wait to hail Richard in our company as I am sure his professionalism and huge experience gained from his senior roles at high-ranked companies are to help us to complete our mission”.
Currently, the role of CFO takes Simon Hay who will serve from January to May till Richard assumes his new role.
