EEG appoints Michael Villani as CFO

Michael Villani will be leading EEG‘s finances as the firm’s CFO.

Villani originally joined the firm a couple of years ago back in 2021 as the firm’s Financial Controller. Later on in January of this year, he was promoted to the role of the group’s interim CFO, while he also simultaneously holds the role of the firm’s Principal Financial Officer.

Before joining the firm, the new appointee had a multi-decade-long career in senior positions in finance and accounting, with one of the most noteworthy of his past experiences being his 18-year tenure at an international accounting firm, KPMG.

EEG’s CEO, Alex Igelman, remarked:

“We are delighted to be promoting Michael to our long-term CFO, following his lengthy tenure in the interim position in addition to his previous roles in our finance department. Michale has excellent leadership skills, which we were able to observe as our company underwent restructuring over the past little bit. Michael is an excellent member of our team, and we are eager to work together to drive value for our stakeholders over the foreseeable future.”

In his new position, Villani will be taking on the responsibilities of the group’s CFO long-term, leading EEG’s finances and helping the company continue expanding in the competitive industry.
