Better Collective has acquired Canada Sports Betting (CSB)

Better Collective has purchased Canada Sports Betting (CSB) for €21.4 million, seeking to establish its presence in the proposed regulated Canadian market.
Better Collective, the leading developer of educational platforms within the iGaming industry, will transfer €15.9 million ahead, with the remaining €5.5 million paid in installments based as to whether the company meets specified milestones.
Better Collective’s CEO, Jesper Søgaard, welcomed CSB to Better Collective, and went on to say:
“With this deal, we have a firm footing in Canada’s market which has been growing in a very promising way. With these new websites and the assistance of our current North American business, I trust that we can grow these assets into iconic brands in Canadian sports betting.”
The company has raised its financial goal for the year from €75 million to €80 million, anticipating that CSB will generate more than €5 million in sales. Better Collective stated how CSB is a recognized sports betting name and has a firm market presence by assisting its users in making smart online betting moves.
With the deal, the affiliate intends to establish a presence in Canada’s gambling market, in addition to the current brands with excellent product offerings. This comes at a perfect timing, since the province of Ontario will open its sports betting and online gambling markets to regulated operators.
