To expand their business in North America, Bragg Gaming Group has purchased Spin Games for 30 million dollars.

In May, Bragg got licensed in Pennsylvania, so the only thing to do after that was finish the  transaction  Between the two companies, which already had happened. 

The global gaming group is going to present a new 3rd party casino content, which was made exactly for the American and Canadian market. They are going to try to “cross-sell” their European content. 

Bragg is expected to release the following titles:

  • Egyptian Magic
  • Fairy Dust
  • Paradise Ticket

Firstly these are going to come in RGS of the brand in a few states and later in Pennsylvania. 

During the 3rd quarter of this year, Bragg is going to launch new titles from other gaming studios.

Y. Spielberg, Bragg’s CSO commented:

“During the upcoming few months our company is to expand our place in American business by supporting gaming technologies and iGaming content. Kent Young, The founder and the chief executive officer of spin games, who has been working in North America for over thirty years is going to become our president in America.”
