FanDuel prolongs deal with New York Yankees
FanDuel Group is extending their already exciting contract with the New York Yankees.
From now on, during broadcasts, FanDuel’s signs will be in the stadium. By increasing the display of its brand at Yankee Stadium, FanDuel expects that with the contract they will continue to be the main operator in NY.
FanDuel will also be allowed to use NYY’s logo and entrance VIP places.
Recently, FanDuel has dominated the NY market and has 38% of the Empire State’s stocks. And this new extended contract will help them to prove their place in the industry.
FanDuel Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mike Raffensperger, expressed his opinion on the contract by saying:
“New York Yankees are a world-famous sports brand, and as a company that is originally from NY, we are happy to partner with a team from our hometown. As NYY fans are very passionate, and our main focus is always the fans, this partnership is more than reasonable.”
NYY’s senior VP, Michael J. Tuisani, expresses his excitement. He also said:
“FanDuel’s presence in the stadium will support them as a main betting operator.”
