MGM China rewards 99% of staff with salary increase
MGM China Holdings Limited, one of Macau’s leading casino and hospitality companies, has announced a salary increase for the majority of its employees.
The salary revision, set to take effect on March 24, 2025, represents an increase of 2.5% for 99% of the staff. Employees earning MOP 16,000 ($1,995) or less per month will get a standard increase of MOP 600 ($75).
The news follows a recent holiday bonus for 95% of MGM’s staff, equivalent to one month’s salary, distributed in time for Chinese New Year.
