Allwyn Entertainment has recently partnered with IWG, with the collaboration including a purchase of 70% of the latter’s shares.

This latest collaboration will provide Allwyn with an enhanced catalog of gambling experiences, helping the operator appeal to a wider audience of gambling enthusiasts in its targeted markets. The firm will integrate IWG’s instant gaming products, which the development firm supplies to more than two dozen high-profile lottery companies all across the globe.

The Chief Investment Officer of Allwyn, Stepan Dlouhy, remarked:

“Our collaboration with IWG will enable us to develop and utilize high-quality instant gambling offerings throughout our international operations. Furthermore, this collaboration agreement between the two firms will involve the purchase of 70% of IWG’s shares by Allwyn, which will provide the development firm with an expanded set of resources to accelerate its growth in its key markets. The operator mentioned in its announcement that this investment opportunity will be finalized sometime in the second half of the year.
