The Gaming Industry for Ukraine, a campaign organized earlier in March in support of Ukraine and all those affected, has officially met its £250,000 goal.

As of now, the entire amount collected is £251,425. The campaign will run until the end of March, after which it will be donated to “Choose Love”, which is a registered charity that will distribute the funds to a variety of NGOs and has already donated around a million and a half dollars to humanitarian organizations.

Betsson Group gave the largest contribution of $50,000 to the campaign, while Oryx Gaming, Microgaming, SBC, Clarion Gaming, and Better Collective, among many others, also made substantial contributions.

Shona O’Donnell, co-organizer of the fundraiser and head of strategic events at Better Collective, highlighted her pride in the industry, especially after seeing how they’ve rallied around this effort to offer help to Ukraine. She added:

“It’s been fantastic to see the outpouring of support from all sectors of the industry, both personally and professionally.”

As previously stated, the fundraiser will run until the end of March; you can contribute by clicking here.
