Casino Guru has resolved over 5000 complaints
Casino Guru has reached a new milestone for its Complaint Resolution Center.
Since the center’s establishment three years ago, it has managed to take care of over 5000 complaints from players. Being a part of Casino Guru’s broad mission of making the iGaming industry safer for the players, the CRC is only one of their numerous initiatives aimed at that goal.
In their latest program, the Casino Guru Awards, the firm aims to utilize its complaint handling expertise to gauge nominees in the field with their “Best Handling of Complaints” category. To do that they are going to take advantage of the skills, experience and knowledge of their complaints team.
The team has over a dozen professionals working on the complaints, 11 of which are highly skilled specialists in the field. Casino Guru’s first resolved complaint was back in 2019, and since 2020 the firm has resolved a combined over 11 million dollars worth of inquiries, with the largest ever one being worth nearly half a million dollars.
Casino Guru’s complaint resolving program is growing rapidly, as their team has resolved a massive 2400 inquiries in 2022, indicating a significant 50% increase compared to last year’s 1600 complaints. Additionally, the firm has plans of expanding its team as well to increase their complaint handling capacity and deliver a better service to players.

We have managed to become a successful intermediary between players and operators, and have managed to gain authority in complaints handling processes.
