Entain to raise awareness of gambling harms with EPIC
EPIC Risk Management and Entain Foundation recently initiated a collaboration with the MLSPA to raise awareness of gambling harms among the latter’s members.
This latest collaboration will be supplying the members of the MLS Players Association with educational initiatives aimed at raising awareness of various gambling harms. Throughout the partnership’s three years, its initiatives will be offering custom-tailored educational media and resources, along with workshops aimed at harm prevention.
EPIC Risk Management’s Sports Collaborations Director, Ben McGregor, stated:
“We are thrilled to have this opportunity to deliver the MLSPA’s esteemed members a set of important gambling harm awareness initiatives over the next three years. Our initiative is specifically tailored to offer the members information to help them minimize the prevalence of sports and wagering integrity problems.”
The COO of the MLSPA, Dan Jones, commented:
“Thanks to our latest collaboration with EPIC Risk Management and Entain Foundation US, we will be able to provide our members with invaluable information on the various wagering integrity risks that can impact them negatively. We are eager to enhance our relationship with our partners to make sure our members have access to top-notch educational resources.”
The partnership will be predominantly funded by Entain Foundation’s division in the US, which will help EPIC Risk Management provide its awareness resources and programs to MLSPA members.
