Esports Entertainment Group made a deal with Bethard Group Ltd as a Malta-established virtual game operator ensuring particular contract conditions, as far as the company moves forward, broadening its sportsbook profile in Europe.

The company verified about sealing a contract with Bethard’s operating agency Gameday Group obtaining the latter’s assets for 16 million Euros and securing itself to gain 12% game revenue within two years.

By starting H2 trade, Esports Entertainment Group may renew its revenue scale up to 100-105 million dollars for 2022.

The company has also confirmed registering an epic growth in the Nordic market of gaming due to reaching 31-million-dollar revenue in 2020.
EEG gets contract-tied to three European sportsbook firms: Bethard, Vie, and SportNation.

Grant Johnson, the EEG’s chief executive officer, noted:

Our brand expects to acquire new gaming licenses, leading to a highly developed gaming market in Sweden, increasing our business income. Soon, we will own the first rank categorized six licenses.

Meanwhile, after selling Bethard, Gameday Group announced launching a solo B2B software company to operate white label brands, sportsbooks, and iGaming services.

Dating to 2018, Gameday Group established Bethard honoring the prominent Swedish footballer Zlatan Ibrahimović to promote the brand worldwide.

Although, the relationship between the brand and the footballer has worsened recently. The face of the brand owns 10% of the company’s assets, which violates FIFA and the UEFA football ethics code.

UEFA appealed on the footballer, as no player is allowed to consider direct or indirect shareholder in any business. The latter may lead to three-year career cessation for the footballer.
