FDJ appoints Dominique Cavalie as experience director

Dominique Cavalie will be taking on the role of FDJ’s Transformation and Employee Experience Director.

Having extensive knowledge of human resources and labor laws, Cavalie is an excellent addition to the French operator’s management team in the position of Experience and Transformation Director. He has worked in numerous other similar roles in the human resources departments of various companies for more than three decades.

Some of Cavalie’s past experiences include leading the human resources teams of international companies that operate in various regions around the world, such as North America, Europe, and Asia. In his most recent role, Cavalie was the HR director of Eoliance Group for about three years.

Cavalie’s appointment follows the recent resignation of Pierre-Marie Argouarc’h, who was FDJ’s previous Experience Director. In his new position, the new appointee will be helping FDJ foster its company culture and expand its operations around the world.

Last week, FDJ’s Gaming Solutions subsidiary entered a cross-licensing agreement with iGaming developer IGT, through which the two companies will be able to make use of each other’s gambling offerings. The contract was mainly aimed at the two firms’ online lottery offerings, with the French firm utilizing its partner’s games on the operating side of its business.
