Since its inception, Banzai Partners has evolved significantly, both in terms of the projects it represents and the overall scope of its activities.

Initially, we positioned ourselves as an affiliate network and worked with many online casinos and betting brands offering favorable conditions to their partners.

But after a while, we decided to direct all our energy and attention to working with our own product – that transition in strategy allowed us to strengthen our position in both the online gambling and affiliate marketing spheres.

Since our team is especially experienced in Asian markets, we first launched our product in those countries where we have the strongest expertise: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan. Soon enough we plan to increase our presence in other countries.

Our company provides its partners with advanced technology and capabilities to monitor their traffic. Relentlessly we keep an eye on innovations in the field and try to integrate the best of them into our platform as quickly as possible to guarantee convenience to our partners.

Overall, Banzai Partners has undergone significant evolution since its launch, adapting to changes in the market, seizing new opportunities, and striving to bring value and excellence to its partners. I wouldn’t dare to say that we have reached perfection in our service because there is no limit to perfection, but we plan to significantly improve the affiliate program so that it meets the requirements of the most demanding affiliates.

Yeva: How did you find your way into the iGaming industry, Tony?

I have spent most of my career working in advertising, events, and marketing, starting as an event manager, then an advertising manager, and moving up the career ladder to head of departments in ad companies.

I then built several of my own companies in the event management, advertising, and marketing industries. For a bunch of years in a row, I was among the top 100 marketing directors in Russia according to the Association of Directors of Communications and Corporate Media of Russia, as well as the top 10 heads of advertising agencies in Russia.

In 2019, I was invited to take the lead of the advertising department in a bookmaker company, where I successfully became the head of affiliates after that I moved to an international gambling company where I then worked for 3 consecutive years. Since 2022, I have been heading Banzai Partners.

Well, my leadership style in Banzai Partners is guided by a set of core values and principles that underpin our corporate culture and drive our collective success.

Our company maintains open and transparent communication channels with our affiliate partners. Whether through regular emails, phone calls or personal meetings, we strive to keep our partners informed of important updates, promotions and opportunities. We also encourage our affiliates to contact us with any questions, concerns or feedback they may have.

We provide personalized support to our affiliate partners based on their specific needs and goals. Each partner is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Our account managers work closely with partners to understand their business goals, provide guidance and assistance, and help them optimize their operations.

We believe in building relationships based on transparency and trust. We give our affiliate partners access to detailed reports and analytics that show them exactly how their campaigns are performing and how much they are earning.

We regularly solicit feedback to gauge satisfaction with our program and identify areas for improvement. Yeva: Can you break down the methods Banzai Partners uses to ensure that its affiliates receive timely payments and have access to accurate statistics?

Certainly! Ensuring our partners receive payments on time and have access to accurate statistics is essential to maintaining the trust and transparency of our affiliate program at Banzai Partners.

Advanced tracking system: We took the best that competitive companies offer and modified it taking into account the wishes of our partners. This way our partners can track their traffic statistics and build flexible filters based on various parameters.

Secure Payment Gateway: We use a secure payment gateway to process affiliate payments quickly and efficiently. Partners can choose from a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, cryptocurrency, capitalist, as well as the ability to withdraw funds to partner product accounts (such as multicards, etc.) to receive their payments. We are also in the process of connecting local methods to make it more convenient for partners who do not have access to existing payment methods to work with us.

Timely payments: At the moment we have the fastest possible payment terms, in fact, upon request within an hour. If this is the partner’s first payment, then after the initial check of his traffic, instant payments from 50-100 USD become available to him, depending on the payment method. Nevertheless, we always try to agree with our partners on the schedule and methods of payments, because sometimes monthly payments under the contract are convenient – we always try to please the people we work with.

As I said earlier, we provide partners with access to detailed reporting and analytics tools to accurately track their performance. Affiliates can view real-time statistics (revshare revenues are updated once an hour), including unique clicks and hits, conversions, player activity, and earnings, through our user-friendly dashboard. This transparency allows affiliates to track their progress, identify areas for improvement, and effectively optimize their campaigns.

Yeva: How does Banzai Partners approach developing and presenting new projects to the gambling market? Is there anything exciting to look forward to?

Since we are a fairly new company that released its in-house product only at the end of 2023, we currently have plans to perfect and finalize the product itself as well as our affiliate program. To finalize and implement sports betting in a product, not just casino games, to improve the loyalty program for players – there is still a lot of work. Therefore, there is no talk of new products yet.

Yeva; Lastly, work aside, how do you like to spend your leisure time?

There is very little of it, after all, I am a workaholic and am constantly at work. Nevertheless, surely a break is not a thing to neglect so the time allocated for rest I spend with family and friends, playing squash and sea fishing.
