In the framework of a joint labor agreement with 2 unions, workers of Holland Casino are going to be given 350 euro one-off payment next month.

Bargaining with the FNV and De Unie for a while with the company led to salary growth.

Starting from June the salaries of the workers will be raised by 2.5%.

The staff of the company are going to be paid 350 euros one-off gross next month. The minimum salary is going to be 14 euros for each hour. Besides that next year the salaries are going to grow by 0.75%.

“During the last 2 years Holland Casino was affected by the covid and pandemic. Our casinos were shut down for a long time and have encountered a number  of restrictive measures. When we discussed the salary we considered not just the financial state of our casino, but also the situation and the inflation of the labor market.”

stated M. Berk, HR- director of Holland Casino.

Later Berk added that she is really happy about the fact that the company has managed to instantly see great outcomes, explaining that with such growth there is a balanced agreement which is excellent for both the workers and the company itself.

Despite an 8.7 percent financial loss last year, the company is seeing increases across the board.
