Four citizens from the state of Michigan were accused of managing illegal gambling establishment.

These four locals were aged 42 to 52 named Sam Daoud, Nadia Daoud, Brian Shufeldt and Kim Green.

The first three were found guilty of illegal gaming activities. It is known that Sam is going to undergo probation for eighteen months and pay almost 5 hundred dollars. Both Brian and Nadia paid about 8 hundred dollars each. Kim was guilty of operating a casino house for profit and as a result went to jail for 2 days, 978 dollars and is going to go 6 months of probation.

The Michigan Attorney General and MGCB gathered a lot of money throughout the investigation and seized them all. The police has also seized gaming computers which were utilized for slots.

Moreover, Sam and Brian were also guilty of running Jackpot business alongside with 3 other people.

“We are constantly in touch with both the Attorney General’s office and the police, and we are working hard to identify and prevent not legal gambling activities and all the crimes.”

stated the Executive Director of the board.

In addition, at the beginning of summer MGCB condemned 3 residents for the same actions.
