ParionsSport launches new campaign in France
ParionsSport has announced the debut of its brand new advertising campaign called ‘Le pari est plus fort quand on le vit ensemble’, which directly translates to ‘The bet is stronger when we live it together’.
The campaign is created by RosaParks, an agency based in Paris. The company, which is the sports betting unit of Groupe FDJ, will be using this new campaign in the place of its older one, which has been active since 2019, called ‘Nous sommes les Parieurs’.
Last year, the French government asked professional sports leagues within the country to end the season because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the company decided to put a halt to the unit’s advertising campaigns.
Now, FDJ is hoping to encourage the “strength and solidarity’ of sports betting as a recreational pastime that can ‘unite the passion of all French communities”.
Richard Courtois, the Sports Betting Director of Groupe FDJ, commented on the new campaign and said:
Thanks to our point-of-sale and online betting activities, ParionsSport today brings together the largest community of punters in France, with strong local roots across the country. This campaign reminds us that despite the current context, the bet is stronger when we live it together. Through this film, we wanted to transcribe the sensations and emotions experienced by punters in their moments of sharing.
Gerry & The Pacemakers’ ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ is the campaign’s main song, a popular song among football fans, specifically those of clubs Glasgow Celtic, Liverpool FC and Borussia Dortmund.
