Salsa Technology reveals Alberto Alfieri as new COO

Salsa Technology has announced the appointment of Alberto Alfieri for the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) as part of its growth strategy. The South American services provider, formerly known as Patagonia Gaming, has been working on expanding its services and reach, and this recruitment is a perfect fit.

Alfieri is an expert in the industry, having served as CCO of Evoke Gaming, the well-known iGaming operator, from 2016 until 2018, before it was taken over by Mr Green&Co. He also went on to be in charge of CRM units for bet365 and VIP customer management for Mr Green Malta.

In this position, he will be in charge of the improvement and development of the company’s commercial projects and will be working on the company’s recruitment drive aimed at expanding into new markets and territories within the South American continent.

Alfieri noted:

“Salsa Technology’s expansion has been exceptional and I’m honoured to be able to play a major role in the company’s next chapter. Focus will be on strengthening Salsa’s market-leading position in LatAm and accelerating European progress through the omni-channel platform and Game Aggregation Platform which includes proprietary content. We will also boost the range of tools we can offer to our clients to ensure player protection across our products”.

Moreover, Alfieri will be joining Salsa leadership just as the provider is working on enlarging its ranks within leadership, which is evident as it recently recruited Josh Tromans-Jones for the position of Chief Technology Officer just last month.

Peter Nolte, CEO at Salsa Technology, also said:

“I couldn’t be happier to have brought Alberto to the company and his stewardship as COO means we’re perfectly placed to deliver on our growth strategy.”
