Traffic Lab – iGaming Voice by Yeva

AffPapa recently interviewed the Chief Commercial Officer of Traffic Lab, Peter Gunni. He talked about how offering innovative services has helped the company expand its presence in the industry and shared his insights on the benefits of opening an office in Malta for iGaming businesses.

Yeva: To start off our interview, let’s discuss Traffic Lab’s offerings. How can its services help iGaming companies enhance their player acquisition efforts, Peter?

At Traffic Lab, we take great pride in our innovative approach to driving success for our partners in the iGaming industry. Our cutting-edge technologies, data-driven strategies, and extensive industry knowledge enable us to deliver outstanding solutions that elevate player acquisition efforts. The remarkable achievement of growing First-Time Depositors (FTDs) by a 40% year-on-year increase, speaks volumes about our ability to generate high-quality traffic and attract a substantial number of new customers to our partners’ platforms. By prioritizing quality over quantity and closely analyzing statistics, we ensure that our partners receive traffic that translates into genuine ROI. Our commitment to excellence and tailored strategies empower iGaming companies to reach their target audiences effectively and efficiently, driving sustainable growth.

Yeva: Which jurisdictions does Traffic Lab operate in, Peter? Which regions do you think offer the best growth opportunities for iGaming companies, especially innovative ones like Traffic Lab?

Traffic Lab operates in over 20 different markets across North America, Europe, and APAC. Our global presence allows us to navigate diverse landscapes and cater to a wide range of audiences. As an innovative company, we are constantly exploring opportunities to expand our footprint by entering new markets, both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions. We believe that emerging markets in Asia, Latin America, and Africa hold immense growth opportunities for iGaming companies, but there is still a lot of unoptimized real estate left in Europe, especially for those with a focus on data-driven agility like Traffic Lab. These regions are experiencing rapid digitalization and increasing internet penetration, creating a fertile ground for our industry to thrive and reach new heights.

Yeva: At the start of the year, Traffic Lab opened its newest office in Malta. How do you think expanding its offices internationally can help the company grow in the industry?

Expanding our operations with the new office in Malta is a strategic move that further strengthens our market position and enhances our global growth prospects. Malta is a vital hub for the iGaming industry, offering a conducive environment for networking, collaboration, and forging stronger partnerships. Our presence in Malta allows us to tap into new avenues of growth, foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, and gain deeper insights into local regulations and market dynamics. This international expansion enables us to provide dedicated support to our partners in the region while reinforcing our commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Yeva: On its website, Traffic Lab mentions that thanks to its business model, it is free to decide which projects it works on to achieve standout results for its clients. Could you give us insight into the company’s process of selecting which partners to collaborate with?

Our business model at Traffic Lab allows us the freedom to be selective in choosing partners to collaborate with. We prioritize partnerships with companies that align with our values, have a solid reputation, and share a vision for long-term growth and value it brings for our audience.

We conduct rigorous due diligence, evaluating factors such as brand reputation, performance metrics, and compatibility with our business objectives for optimizing exposure for each brand on each subdomain monthly. This selective approach ensures that we invest our exposure where we can make the most significant impact, ultimately leading to standout results for our valued clients.

As we are not a stock listed company, we are free to strive after projects which would lead to a prosperous future. This is mainly driven by passionate Labbers, who all share their opinions into product and project development, ensuring all Labbers are heard. This diversity has both led Traffic Lab down rabbit holes, but also to some amazing fundamental projects that ensure our position today. For that, we are truly grateful for the people of Traffic Lab.

Yeva: Having been on the market since 2013, has Traffic Lab ever had to deal with fraudulent partners? How does the company protect itself from such threats, Peter?

While we prioritize building trustworthy partnerships, the industry is not immune to fraudulent activities. At Traffic Lab, we have robust processes in place to identify and mitigate potential risks. Our team conducts through a solid ruleset for new partners, with limited exposure, until we can ensure they bring value to our audience. Furthermore, our commitment to transparency and ongoing monitoring of partner performance allows us to identify any suspicious activities promptly. Vigilance, coupled with a strong network of industry affiliates, enables us to protect ourselves and our partners from potential fraudulent threats.

Yeva: Over its decade on the market, what achievement is Traffic Lab the most proud of? What goals does the company have lined up for the future that you could share with our readers?

Our passionate, hard-working Labbers.

Over the years, Traffic Lab has achieved numerous milestones that we are immensely proud of. Among them, our remarkable growth, as already mentioned, by a 40% year-on-year increase, showcases our ability to drive high-quality traffic and attract new customers to our partners’ platforms. Our impressive financial growth, led in an innovative way with no outside funding, is based on a lot of grit by our amazing team. We are proud of the reputation we’ve built as an industry leader, consistently delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Looking ahead, our goals revolve around maintaining our position as a pioneering force in the iGaming industry. We aim to further expand our global presence by entering new markets, investing in innovative technologies, and nurturing strong partnerships. Our focus remains on delivering outstanding solutions, driving sustainable growth for our partners, while beating ourselves every step of the way.

Yeva: Now that we’re at the end of our interview, it is time for us to get a bit off-topic. What do you enjoy doing the most during your free time, Peter? Do you have any hobbies that you would like to share with our audience?

My late nights are spent with video games, such as Diablo 4, WoW, or anything where I can analyze and optimize performance to beat my own records. During the daytime, I’m a playful dad and would love nothing more than to have a ton of kids; currently, I have 2 kids (age 1 and 2). Lastly but most importantly, new experiences with my wife, which can be anything from impulsive DYI stuff to creating the perfect pizza.
