Leading developer of educational iGaming platforms – Better Collective, is to advance in the regulated gambling market of Netherlands via acquiring Voetbalwedden.net and Soccernews.nl.

The sportsbook affiliate company is going to complete acquisitions of 2 brands, who attract a collective of 2.5m visitors on a monthly basis, totaling the company’s pay to around 9.7 million euros.

Due to the Dutch sports betting market being a relatively new one, Better Collective is expecting to encounter some limitations at first, however the group is planning to generate around 3 million euros in revenue in the upcoming years.

The newly named head manager at Better Collective – Joris Dekkers, is said to have both of the recently acquired brands under his supervision.

The buyout of the two brands will see Better Collective gain benefits from both Voetbalwedden’s and Soccernews’s already well-established sports communities in Netherlands.

Better Collective’s co-founder and CEO – Jesper Søgaard, welcomed the deals and stated:

“Better Collective is looking forward to becoming part of the newly regulated Dutch iGaming market, creating a firm foundation for certified operators to prospect in this market full of potential.”

The CEO also highlighted Dekkers’ recent appointment as a crucial component to the group’s advancement in the Dutch market, having a vision to become one of the leading companies in this newly regulated market.
