Gaming Innovation Group has recently signed a purchase agreement for AskGamblers.

Earlier today the iGaming provider announced about its latest acquisition of the affiliate company AskGamblers. This contract involves the latter’s numerous prominent domains such as newcasinos.com, johnslots.com and the flagship askgamblers.com.

The deal will cost GiG approximately 45 million Euros, just under half of which, 20 million Euros, will be due on the closing date. The remaining 25 million Euros will be paid over the upcoming months, with 10 million being due a year after closing and a further 15 million expected two years after the aforementioned date.

GiG plans to finance this purchase through a combination of cash, a revolving credit line and a share issue. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.

“This contract is a significant step in boosting our businesses to focus more on the ever-expanding iGaming markets in the American continents. We are certain that GiG will provide AskGamblers the resources it needs to expand its growth trajectory.”

commented the chief executive officer of Catena Media, the parent corporation of AskGamblers, Michael Daly.

“We are delighted to have this opportunity to acquire AskGamblers and add it to our portfolio of subsidiaries. The firm’s team and their expertise will enable us to broaden our operations and grow our business.”

remarked the chief executive officer of Gaming Innovation Group, Richard Brown.
