GiG receives ISO 27001 certification for content management system
GiG, also known as the Gaming Innovation Group Inc., revealed that it has received an ISO 27001:2021 certification. This award was given for its frontend development solution and content management system.
This certification encloses different services hosted on the GiG infrastructure including development, network configuration and associated product operations for frontend, middleware and backend gaming services. Aside from that, GiG is also certified by ISO 27001 for its instantaneous data platform.
Moreover, this type of certification points at the fact that GiG is providing protection to its partners and their own players by offering the safest information security that is present on the market through its clever and flexible security framework. This fact displays the company’s dedication to keep enhancing its solutions and offering secure and safe services to all its partners.
Aside from that, the certification spares GIG’s partners and users from various strict jurisdiction-specific, technical, regulatory audits, which all save time and cost.
Diane Abela, director of information security at GiG, said in a remark on the certification:
“At GiG, information security is considered a strategic priority. We operate in heavily regulated markets such as the UK and US, and so it’s imperative to us that we are at the top of our game when it comes to certification. Acquiring a certification on yet another two of our core products is a clear reflection of the dedication and investment that the company continues to make in securing both our own and our clients’ information.”
