In an extensive interview with AffPapa, Imeda Imedashvili from Betvili discusses the importance of customer support in this field, explains Betvili’s attractive conversion and retention rates and reveals his love and dedication for sports.
Yeva: How do you make sure you are offering your clients the best value?
We are constantly monitoring the market and are always trying to listen to our customers’ feedback and working constantly to offer them great gaming experience, variety of games and smooth deposit/withdrawals process and of course a customer–centric support team.
Yeva: What key elements do players usually look for in a casino?
In my opinion it has to be security, trustworthiness, reliability, wide variety of games and good choice of payment solutions and a great customer support.

It is one of our paramount goals to provide customers with the best support and make sure that all their requests and inquiries are handled in a timely manner and resolved fully with one touchpoint.
Yeva: What markets are you looking to expand into?
Right now, our main focus is to strengthen our positions in EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and we are also looking to expand into LatAm countries.
Yeva: Do you believe that the industry is saturated? Or is there room for newcomers?
Even though the industry is saturated, there is still room for newcomers, In my opinion newcomer companies’ success depends on what kind of innovation they are bringing on the market.
Yeva: How do you stay ahead of the game when there are so many competitors?
One of the ways we try to stay ahead is to listen to our customers’ and partners’ feedbacks, and trying to offer one of the top-notch and hassle free gaming experience.
Yeva: What is your stance on safe gambling?
Safe and responsible gambling is one of our core brand values, we base all our operation on these values, in my opinion online gaming is an entertainment and if someone has a tendency towards problematic gambling, we try to identify it ourselves first and offer the customer ways to deal with this issue.
Yeva: What factors is a good partnership measured by?
Partnership has to be mutually beneficial for both parties, with our partners we always try to create win-win situation for both parties, the relationship won’t last much if either of the parties involved is disappointed from the results on their end. In our case, we are fully transparent in everything we do and so far all of our partners have loved working with us.
Yeva: What do you think sets Betvili apart from other online casinos?
If we look at it from an affiliate’s point of view, we have a great conversion and retention rates, provide on time payments to our affiliate partners and we are available 24/7 to resolve any issues which might arise.
Yeva: How do you stay up-to-date in such a fast-paced industry?
Years worth of network building and being part of the industry and professional networks surely does the trick.
Yeva: What skills do most failing casinos lack?
They lack proper understanding of the challenges they might face and they are not flexible enough.
Yeva: If you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be and why?
I would try to change the undeserved stigmas this industry has attached to it. Often times these stigmas dictate the regulations in various parts of the world, if someone wants to play, they will always find a way, so it is better to provide them with the safe environment.
Yeva: How do you decide what affiliates to work with?
Before establishing any new partnership, we do our due diligence, check all available information and only then finalize the deal.
Yeva: Why do casinos give affiliates such a profitable deal?
As mentioned earlier, all the deals need to be mutually beneficial for both parties involved for it to have sustainability and work in the long term. Affiliates are a great source of traffic and valuable customers for any casino on the market and hence the deals are becoming more and more profitable.
Yeva: What do you think the industry will be like in 5 years?
The way things have changed in the past year, meaning the global pandemic, it has become almost impossible to predict the future with too much certainty, yet. In my personal opinion, we will see more and more countries adapt their legislation to suit the ever developing digital business, so that is why I think that we will see more regulated markets.
Yeva: Do you see yourself in the gaming industry in the long run?
I have been in the industry for more than 7 years now, and do not see it changing anytime soon.
Yeva: Aside from work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am a huge sports lover, so all my free time ( when I have it ☹ ) is dedicated to sports. I play in ProAm basketball league, ski, play football and more…
