Superbet Group Purchases the Belgian Napoleon Casino
The Romanian online gaming company – Superbet, acquires the Belgian Napoleon Sports & Casino, further expanding in the regulated European market.
The acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Napoleon Sports & Casino, will see Superbet’s EU expansion strategy develop further, as the group enters the regulated Belgian market via a partnership with such a strong presence in the Belgian gambling industry.
Superbet Group’s Chief Executive Officer – Johnny Hartnett, explained:
“The solid presence that Napoleon Sports & Casino has in Belgium, is a fundamental component to our expansion strategy all across Europe.
We are excited to continue our professional relationship with the team at Napoleon, as we grow together and realize our most ambitious plans.”
Napoleon’s president – Tim de Borle, also added similar comments about the acquisition:
