Kindred Group carries on with its sustainable gambling ambitions
The Malta-based leading online gambling operator – Kindred Group, carries on with integrating policies on responsible gaming, showing bettered quarter results.
In the group’s newest ‘safer gambling update’, Kindred noticed a slight boost of approximately 0.4% in high-risk-player-generated gross revenue during the second quarter, while the customer-care indicator stood at a high 77%, due to its heightened responsible gaming policies.
However, the firm strives to reach a completely risk-free status, noting that currently their player base consists mainly of ‘low-risk’ and ‘social’ customers, at 19.5 and 71.4 percent respectively.
The company’s efforts towards safer, responsible gaming are supported and made possible with their in-house ‘Early Detection System’, which applies to all of company’s properties.
According to Kindred Group’s Chief Executive Officer – Henrik Tjärnström:
“We are continuously aiming towards landing at a perfect 0% gross revenue indicator from high-risk customers. It is currently our main priority when it comes to strategic plans towards responsible wagering operations.
This we plan to achieve at least by the end of 2023, and we are thrilled to be noticing significant progress in the gambling industry in general when it comes to awareness about safer, more ethical gambling.”
