Lionel Messi to Become Band Ambassador at Hard Rock

One of the world’s most globally recognized gaming, entertainment, and hospitality brands Hard Rock International has tied up a five-year global brand ambassador contract with football star Lionel Messi, making him the first ever athlete to collaborate with the well-known company

This marks the beginning of the brand’s year-long 50th anniversary celebration, promising an exciting release of merchandise inspired by the famous athlete.

“It is a great honor to team up with such a household name brand, especially as the brand’s 50th anniversary marks. Both music and sport are a fundamental part of my life and my identity, and this is an exceptional way of combining both of my passions. I am thrilled that Hard Rock counted on me for this very special predicament, as the first athlete to secure an ambassador contract with a brand that’s known for going for music icons.”

Explained Messi.

Jim Allen, chairman of Hard Rock International notes:

“Throughout almost 5 decades, Hard Rock International has proved to be one of the world’s household names in the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries, with cafes, hotels an casinos based in over 60 countries. So, we decided that partnering up with a sports legend Lionel Messi this year was just the fresh thing we needed to celebrate our brand’s 50th anniversary landmark.”

Last week HRI launched a partnership with Ultimate Jet Charters, named after Hard Rock Air, that is aimed to provide an exclusive VIP flight service that will take people to its Atlantic City resort.
