Ottawa’s Rideau Carleton Casino is soon to reopen in August
The Canadian horse racing and gambling complex – Rideau Carleton Casino, announced its reopening by the end of this summer, along with other casinos in Ontario, Canada.
Like a set of casino establishments in Ontario, Canada, Rideau Carleton Casino will be reopening under a condition to operate under health-concern-related limitations, such as operating under a 50% capacity.
Other limitations will include standard required social distancing norms, as well as masks.
According to the owners of the casino establishment, Rideau Carleton Casino’s reopening will be carried out through a number of phases, while the property’s sister establishment – Rideau Carleton Raceway, is already at full operation and has been hosting racing events.
Along the lines of the announcements from the managing team at Rideau Carleton Casino, is that the team is fully prepared to start operating under strict regulations, including an installation of special separating barriers to keep the customers at a safe distance from each other during their stay.
Rideau Carleton Casino’s general managing director – Helen MacMillan said:
“Ontario is on the route to fully lifting the lockdown restrictions, which is good news for casino operators such as Rideau Carleton Casino and others, since we’ve been closed since April, last year.
We are confident that we are prepared to restart operating while providing a safe and responsible environment for our patrons and our visitors.”
