RSI experiences a 15% increase in revenue in Q3 2023
Rush Street Interactive has recently published its latest financial report covering the third quarter of the year.
The report’s headline figure resulted in a quarterly revenue of just under 170 million dollars for the firm, up from the 148 million dollars it generated in the third quarter of last year. This led to an adjusted EBITDA of 4.1 million dollars, up from last year’s EBITDA loss of 12.5 million dollars. However, these increases were not enough for RSI’s net income to switch into the positive range, although its net losses decreased in the period from 22.7 million dollars to 13.4 million dollars.
Rush Street also reported a few other figures in its analysis, such as its adjusted promotional expenses, which decreased in the third quarter from 44.7 million dollars last year to 34.1 million dollars this year. The firm reported its average revenue per monthly active player as well, which experienced an 8% increase for the firm’s US and Canadian operations and was recorded at 374 dollars in Q3.
Lastly, the company highlighted a few of the quarter’s most noteworthy events, such as its collaboration with the Delaware Lottery to operate the latter’s gambling offerings for a period of five years starting in the forthcoming months.
